Memorize THIS,Kidding...
A wise man more along in years once advised that the ACLU was NOT all bad. ACLU’s Project on Speech, Privacy, and Technology (SPT) SAYS that its mission is protecting and expanding the First Amendment freedoms of expression, association, and inquiry; expanding the right to privacy and increasing the control that individuals have over their personal information; and ensuring that civil liberties are enhanced rather than compromised by new advances in science and technology. The project is currently working on a variety of issues, including political protest, freedom of expression online, privacy of electronic information, journalists’ rights, scientific freedom, and openness in the courts with Ben Wizner as the Director of ACLU’s Speech, Privacy & Technology Project.
Perhaps their policy of "I don't necessarily agree with your points BUT we at ACLU will defend your RIGHT under the First Amendment to the US Constitution -- to SAY IT!" The First Amendment was writen to protect UNPOPULAR SPEECH that the powers that be (PTB) would have a person dragged away kicking and screaming to never be seen again. This is the mark of a totalitarian regime. Someone dares to speak out against ANYTHING AT ALL and he/she is dragged off the proverbial "soapbox in the public park" -- an "DISAPPEARED". There are so many missing persons due to this in REGIMES worldwide --that just going back TEN YEARS would produce a VERY LONG LIST. And these "Missing Persons" are not all "Harem Attendees" and journalists and "coupe plotters". When is the last time anyone saw a person's picture on the side of a milk carton? RIGHT, it has been so long that this is a "cliche" or "joke". Millions of people joke that,"We'd sure like to see that Hillary Rodham (The Fridge) Clinton's picture on the side of a milk carton or Mitt (Mittens) Romney!"
This is NOT very funny and is even a joke of the "tasteless" variety that formerly were collegiate humour. How do you unload a truckload ...er nevermind.
ACLU’s Project on Speech, Privacy, and Technology (SPT) goes a bit overboard when it comes to Ginsberg's pornography but the ACLU’s Project on Speech, Privacy, and Technology's (SPT) policy of, "I don't necessarily agree with your points BUT we at ACLU will defend your RIGHT under the First Amendment to the US Constitution -- to SAY IT!"
Like all good things...one must attend to moderation. Pornography and really gross things in print-- should be underground. If these were a death penalty proposition--the powers-that-be (PTB) could easily fake film or plant evidence to implicate ANYONE. In the case of Dinesh D'Souza, and the anti-Muslim video taht was blamed for Benghazi and Middle East (ME) violence by those seeking, and dragging off -- a scapegoat. Does anyone else find it strange that no "tag popups" besmerch youtube?
There is a long and gaily patterned history of Democrats and the left attacking free speech for the sake of their agenda. Liberal allies of Barack Obama on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) of ill repute are attempting to regulate political speech on the Internet and restrict individual freedom, because they are very much akin to dirty, old, egg-sucking dogs. Useless bothersome and aggravating, the left will not let up until like an automatic milking machine set too high, they suck 5 quarts. This would exanguenate the average person, and that is why they set their sights so high when being "down low".
For a bit of background, Dinesh Joseph D'Souza is an Indian-American political commentator, filmmaker, and author. Dinesh D'Souza is affiliated with several conservative organizations and publications, including the American Enterprise Institute, the Heritage Foundation, the Hoover Institution, and Policy Review. He also served as a policy adviser to President Ronald Reagan and, during 2010–2012, as president of The King's College, a small Christian school in New York City. These things alone got him dragged away. Democrats, angered by their HUGE LOSSES IN THE November 2014 Elections despite Virginia Beach attempted poll rigging and rumour has it that 1000 immigration clerks will "serve" that area to assuage MORE GOP victories in Virginia."
Conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza states that Democrat Sen. Charles (Chucky) Schumer's comment that the (UN) Affordable (They Don't) Care (All an ) Act (ACA)of 2010 should never have been passed is a REVELATION that the Democrats are finally realizing how President Barack Obama has dragged down their party toward "Muhammad's abode in a handbasket."
"What's really happening is the Democrats are beginning to discover that they have [what] I call the millstone presidency on their hands," D'Souza stated while guested on "The Steve Malzberg Show". There are so many internet shows, the Blaze, etc that cable TV "has the fear". The source of these tidbits is Newsmax TV on DIRECTV Ch. 349 and DISH Ch. 223.
Was it when D'Souza called attention to the fact that GQ magazine recently named Obama one of the least influential people of 2014?
In September, D'Souza was sentenced to eight months of community service and five years of probation after pleading guilty to charges of using straw donors to support the New York Senate campaign of a longtime friend, Wendy Long.
Mr. D'Souza, creator of the documentary "2016: Obama's America," which was critical of the commander-in-chief, has maintained that he was targeted by the Obama administration for his political beliefs. HMMM...the Obama administration DOES have a history of intolerance for political beliefs as evidenced by the IRS' Lois Lerner visiting the White House to discuss SOMETHING WH spies have not released phone video of. But Congress is into buying Lerner's lameo excuse of "computers are broken". Play DUMB Congress and PRETEND you do not know about data retrieval UNLESS computers are delibrately SMASHED. Even then a flashdrive would have something...how many IRS staffers take Email home on thumbdrives to READ OFFLINE at home...which thumbdrives are espressly forbidden throughout the entire US government?
In September, 2014, Mr. D'Souza was sentenced to eight months of community service and five years of probation after pleading guilty to charges of using straw donors (AKA campaign finance fraud) to support the New York Senate campaign of a longtime friend, Wendy Long who LOST despite the "$20,000 transfusion".
Is this straw donors support copyrighted by the Democrat Party? Did Mr. D'Souza actually "STOMP Democrat toes" with this "copyright violation" but THAT is not an official charge so the straw donors technique itself was made the charge? Why didn't GOP use the "hue and cry" to let loose the "dogs of go get those Arab money donors" in 2008? They do not want to "make trouble when everything is going their way." After all, John (Macky's Back In Town) McCain was playing "Mumbly Peg" with his own "bare feet" so to speak. That man was so SCARED he might win when he chose Alaska's 6 vote Sarah Palin that he cited true unrequetted LOVE for Ruth(less) Badder (to worse) Ginsberg or Ginsburgh...whatever. He KNEW what he was doing for NO apparent reason EXCEPT to get that favorable percentage DOWN. If THAT had not worked, McCain was ready to throw bricks at grandmothers on live nationwide TV? He WOULD miss, of course...
Carefull how you fight fire with fire, Mr.
D'Souza, creator of the documentary "2016: Obama's America," which was critical of the commander-in-chief, has maintained he was targeted by the Obama administration for his political beliefs.
told Steve Malzberg that the racial unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, is partly the fault of the Obama administration.
"They have been sending their race hustlers into Ferguson to stir the pot. This is an old formula that goes back to Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. In other words, if race isn't really what it would appear in America, those guys would completely be out of a job," D'Souza said.
"They have perfected the art of manufacturing racial resentment. Even when there really shouldn't be any … The conversion of this episode into a racial incident is entirely the making of agitators and of the Obama administration."
When a group of high school students broke Denver Public School rules by leaving school without authorization, then broke laws of the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado regarding traffic regulations and the right to assemble with a permit. The Denver Police Public Announcement (DPPA) recognized and regarded citizens' rights as OK to assemble lawfully. gathering to cheer an automobile assault with older black men was not a lawful assembly, an the wicked deed ultimately cost four Denver Police Officers a trip to the hospital. One of the police officers is in critical condition, under went 6 hours of surgery and is expected to recover.
